Had a pint at the Merrimon location while dining in with Da Boss 1-2-25 for $7.00.
Beer was served amber with a nice white head.
Nose was nice, toasted malts dominated.
Taste was a nice toasted malt base that gave notes of honey. Hopping was perfect that balanced all sweetness leading to a dry finish.
Mouthfeel was light to medium bodied and both smooth and refreshing.
Overall thought this was a good representation of the style!
