On tap at the tasting room.
A - copper orange with a big, white head that has good retention
S - bready malt, heavy grapefruit and citrusy notes
T - citrus, grapefruit, pineapple, bread, caramel, sugar, faint alcohol
M - medium bodied, very smooth, a bit warm, well carbonated
This is a great, full flavored, dangerously drinkable beer. The ABV is well masked, the malt is forward and the hops are balanced. It's definitely worth checking out.

Had while at the brewpub on a trip to Asheville. Served from tap into a snifter. Poured red-orange with a minimal slightly bone white head. Maintained decent lacing throughout the glass. The aroma was comprised of sweet malt, caramel, citrus, and citrus hop. The flavor was of sweet malt, citrus hop, caramel, skunk hop, and very slight dark fruit. It had a medium feel on the palate with medium carbonation. Overall this was a decent brew. To be honest there really wasn't a big hop presence in this one as one would expect from a DIPA. It was pretty easy drinking, but that is where the positives stop. Had a decent aroma, but seemed to be lacking in complexity. Worth trying but I was really disappointed after seeing this one on the list.

Yeah, apparently this one is a secret even though it's plainly (as well as you can see in the dim brewpub/pizza joint) written on their bar chalkboard. Waitress didn't mention this when running through the tap list, had to ask her what it was.
Came out in a small snifter. Opaque dark orange with thin white head. Smell is orange, caramel, spicy and leafy. Taste: leafy, caramel, with orange and a hint of grapefruit. Decorative soap. Viscous, sweet, with lowish carbonation. Yep, a double Shiva but ends of malt heavy. Not great.
