Slight clove notes set this true German-style Hefe up, while clean and refreshing banana notes finish it off smoothly. Brewed in honor of our illustrious refrigeration expert, Hans!

On tap at Asheville Brewing. Poured a cloudy, golden yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It left minimal lacing. It smelled of banana, clove, yeast and cracked wheat. Sweet wheat taste with clove, spices and yeastiness.
