Again, props to the Carlos O’Kelly’s in Ft. Wayne for supporting a local brewer! Color is yellow, with just a little bit of haze. A big citrusy smell that I couldn't separate from the slice of lemon on the glass, but I catch lemon and maybe a pineapple note. Malt is very prominent with a kind of peppery spiciness from the hops. A slight yeastiness as it warms up. Actually a tad heavy for a “summer” beer, but zesty and refreshing.

This beer poured a small white head with fine-small sized bubbles. There was not much of a nose to this particular beer and thehue of this beer was yellow. It had good lacing on the sides of my glass. The taste was smooth with a slight bitterness observed.

This brew poured a very small head (note: this brew was poured for us and may have had the head poured off) of fine to medium sized bubbles and a carbonated transparent straw yellow body. It had very little malt aroma if any. It had a mild hoppy initial taste that smoothened in it finish. It had flavors of bread and yeast.
