A - poured orange gold with thick white head. Good head retention and lacing. Somewhat cloudy.
S - huge citrus and tropical hop aroma hits you first, followed by sweet honey
T - starts with honey and cookie-like malt sweetness, followed immediately by big citrus and tropical fruit with a bit of pine and plenty of bitterness in the finish to balance it out. The bitterness does linger a bit.
F -- sticky and resinous. No alcohol burn or astringency. The resins stay on your tongue long after your finished sipping.
O - Very solid DIPA. Very dry and drinkable considering the abv. Loved the way the honey aroma and flavor mixed with the hops. Very balanced. My only critique is that there was a slight harshness in the bitterness that lingered in the aftertaste, but that may be overly critical. Loved this beer
