Russian Imperial Stout brewed with copious amounts of shredded natural coconut. Aged for a year in Caribbean rum barrels.

Nose starts booze and coconut, but smooths out. Jet black, tall, short-lived tan head. Coconut isn't my favorite flavor, but it works to cut the bite and the booze and soon that rum barrel aging comes through. The best local beer I've had yet.
