Archibald Tripel. Got it in a 12 mix winter pack for 17,99$. A 9% ABV

Look Amber orangish colour. About half finger of white head.

Smell: Citrus, orange peel, Belgian yeast, fruity notes, a typical tripel smell

Taste: Same the taste honestly a touch of honey on the end due to the sweetness and a touch of pine also due to the bitterness

Feel: Medium body. Light to medium carbonation. But the bitterness is off to me. 30 IBU is for me too high to enjoy it fully.
I like more on a 15-20 IBU but 30 is high and you do feel it but still a easy drinking for a 9% ABV

So overall would I recommend it ? I mean sure.

Would I buy it again? As a Tripel, no. As a beer sure, there is nothing offensive about it but for the style it’s very disappointing.

Smell: Malt, Fruity.

Taste: Malt, Extremely sweet, taste of brown sugar, Very Unbalanced .

Feel: Smooth, Medium carbonation, little bit of Alcohol burn .

Overall: Worst Triple beer out there ... Another mediocre craft from Archibald.

* This doesn't qualify as a Belgian. Taste nothing like it.
