Below average. Started out pretty good and enjoyable but as I continued drinking it just became difficult to finish

Poured on-tap and served in a tumbler pint, the beer is a vibrant, copper-orange coloring with a frothy, light, white head. The nose is light, fresh, resiny and cedar laden hops. The flavors deliver a solid toffee backbone with herb and green resiny hops that overlay the palate. Smooth and balanced, with a great cling while you drink. Slightly dry and bitter on the aftertaste, with enough malt to keep things balanced. Smooth finish, with a touch of bitterness. Citrus highlights throughout the entire beer drinking experience. Very tasty!

Served in a standard pint. Pours an orange-amber hue with a loose, half inch, bright white head embedded with ringlets. Head eventually dissipates into consistent skim. Textured, concentric bands of lacing are revealed during the tasting. Nose is fairly subdued. Hops presence is minimal - there are some fruity esters as well as a light, toasted malt presence. Taste consistent with nose - considerably more malty than hoppy, with only a trace of noble hops bitterness at the back. Consistency and carbonation is on par with the style; light-medium in body with a slight acidity and a lively, consistent carbonation. Overall, I found the brew to be pretty easy drinking; however, as far as IPAs goes, this will beer will not satisfy a hops craving. I found this offering to be closer to an Pale Ale/English IPA hybrid.
