Half gallon growler to go.
Pours a pale shade of copper. Topped by a dense off white head that collapses upon itself rather quickly, and doesn't leave much lace behind. Fast moving lines of thin carbonation move briskly through the liquid.
Aromas of biscuity malt, touches of caramel, & just a light touch of earthy / grassy hops.
Sweetness, caramel, & biscuit dominate the tongue. slight hints of chocolate, along with subtle bits of fruit quickly come and go. Crisp finish features just the right touch of light hops featuring flavours of grass / hay. Light/medium bodied, crisp, with moderate carbonation. A well built & highly quaffable mild.
