On draught, presented in a shaker pint.
Deep & dark in colour, ruby highlights around the edges of the glass. Thin off white head.
Great nose - spicy hop aromas with a roasty backbone.
Deep intense malt flavours, a nice bit of roasted malt flavours. Some chocolate barely shows up, just to keep things interesting. Moderately bitter, with a spicy noble hop finish. Finished just slightly off dry. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. A straight forward and well executed dunkel.
