This is a very interesting beer. It's an energy beer, but it doesn't taste like B to the E, it tastes like a "normal" beer would. Ofcourse, normal is relative, ie it's not some sweet candyesque beer. I had it on tap at Wild Wings Downtown. The head was a thick white color, but had a little retention, as it died out after a few minutes. The body of the beer was a golden straw color. Smell was different. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't too good. I would compare it more to movie popcorn, with a little hoppiness in the end. The taste was similar, but had more malt than hop, and it also had a sort of mild herbiness(if that's a word) to it. I don't know if it gave me energy or anything, but it tasted ok. I had two pints of it, so it can't be that bad. I think of it more as a, "Hey, that's kind of cool" type thing. It is admireable that Mobius tastes like a "normal" lager, not some sweet malternative crap. Give it a shot just to try it, you might like it.
