Virtually no head (although that might be due to the bartender). It's also not very hazy for a hefeweizen.Aroma is too neat to say much about, but there's a slight floral aroma. Beer is also very clean without enough carbonation. A lemony flavor was present but without a noticable amount of unfiltered wheat to balance.
Overall, it's a smooth brew and easy to drink, but nothing to write home about.
