From previously taken notes.
Poured from 16oz can into glass.
Hazy, deep gold colored body, with an extra hinge of orange. Fluffy, two finger white head slowly settles to cap and ring. Good lacing sheets left behind.
Sweet citrus hops aroma, with some dank and grassy additions.
Taste is first sweet, then citrus heavy, with the tail end being more bitter from rind. Kind of dank and grassy as minor aspects.
Medium mouth feel, with syrupy character. Good carbonation.
A very good higher ABV IPA. Sweet, but a citrus punch, followed by medium bitterness. Hops and malts contribute together. Pleasant to drink, but not really sessionable.

On tap at the brewpub. Orange body. Smells outrageously sweet. A little bit citrusy, but mostly sweet malt. Tastes outrageously sweet. Heavy caramel malt. A little citrus. It’s been a while since a brewery called this sort of beer a DIPA. Yikes. Way too heavy. It’s drinkable, but it’s gonna take a long time and I won’t really enjoy it.

A - Pours very dark honey color, much darker than any other DIPA I've had.
S - The aroma is all hops.
T - Big dankness with a surprisingly floral finish.
M - Carbonation is average, mouth feel is kinda creamy.
O - The dark color and floral finish makes this a different DIPA. Glad I got a can.

Very nice citrus aroma. Yellow-gold, a bit hazy, 1 inch slightly off-white bubbly, thick head, receding slowly. Taste follows the aroma, only more so; lots of citrus, orange, grapefruit providing an acid-like "bite". Smooth, thick, chewy feel. Nicely controlled bittering in the middle, finish, and aftertaste. Enjoyable and well done, except that the citrus "bite" gets tiring on the 2nd beer, becoming almost unpleasant. I had a difficult time finishing the 2nd when I had 2 in a row. I do recommend it, but for me, it will be enjoyed as a single.

L: bright gold with rapidly rising bubbles under a sticky 2.5" white foam cap that takes over 5 minutes to reduce to a quarter its original size.

S: citrus with some herb, fruit and a faint hint of garlic and a trace of dank. Malt aromas are medium low and hop aromas are medium high.

T: creamy with big fruit, berry, tropical fruit, citrus and some biscuit leading up to a big bitter finish. The hop bitterness has a touch of citrus pith and is medium high to high leading to a drying finish with a touch of hop based astringency. The hop flavors are medium high and the malt flavors are medium to medium low.

F: Cone Gnome is medium bodied with medium carbonation. It finishes with a pleasant alcohol warming.

O: I particularly like the balance that the brewer achieves between the fruit flavors, the bitterness and the malt.

From a 16oz can:

Appearance: Gold, some yeasty haze, good head.

Smell: Citrus, with some dank/stinky notes.

Taste: Nice sweetness, then big juicy citrus with some berries/fruit mixed in. Moderate bitterness.

Overall: Picked up a 4 pack and was very impressed. I like my DIPA's on the sweeter side and this one hit that target. Nice citrus and fruit taste, with enough bitterness to balance it out. Good stuff!

This beer pours a hazy burnt orange color. The hear is a solid inch in height, and recedes very slowly leaving good lacing. The aroma is quite bold. There is passion fruit, mango, blood orange, and something oniony that fits in well. The taste is very juicy with all the elements found in the aroma. The mouthfeel is full bodied with lively carbonation. Overall, this is a really top notch DIPA. It actually reminds me a lot of Surly Abrasive, but with slightly more subdued oniony/vegetal notes.

Taste follows nose very nice tropical hops like papaya, melon, mango and pear, sweet malts linger in background very little bitterness.
