Well done by Barley John's! This beer reminded me of Germany!
A: Dark for the average Hefeweizen, it actually had some ruby tones. It was served in a tulip glass. The beer had great head and lacing.
S: Thick fruity malt tones, wheat, grass, spice and banana sweetness.
T/M: Taste was very yummy, thick fruity/malty sweetness. there was something a slight bit like sourdough here (pleasant). There was also a little spiciness which was accentuated as the carbonation played on your tongue. Beer felt great and full in your mouth. Like drinking a meal.
