Golden with a full, rich flavor from dry-hopped cascade hops. A great thirst quencher.

Light caramel malt notes in aroma, with a touch of grassy hops. Flavor is earthy and a touch sweet, with a modestly bitter finish. Decent malt hop balance.

A good APA showcasing Cascade. I could wish for a little more hop variety in APA's, but this beer is balanced with good hop flavor and a reasonable malt background.

Reviewed from notes. On tap at the brewpub in August 2009.

Pours a moderate golden-copper color with a two-finger white head. Not too much retention followed by just a bit of lacing. The nose brings some pale malt as well as a light dosing of citrus hops. The C-hops are quite faint in the flavor, but they're certainly there. A bit of bread as well. The feel is fairly light but has a tiny amount of bitterness lurking. Drinks fairly well. Well made, but could use something else, either more hops or a more complex backing malt.
