Poured a clear golden-yellow color with a small, white head and lots of carbonation. It smelled of wheat, clove and pine. It tasted sweet wheat, piney bitter hops and a little lemon. It was crisp and sharp.

Floral, wheat dominant aroma. Fairly faint.
Flavor is a little watery, with a lightly bitter, earthy finish. Nothing about this screams American...or wheat.

Poured into a U.S. pint glass. Half finger of head with a yellow body.
Smell is almost non-existent. Faint orange.
Taste is lemon and fizzy. Not much here either.
Light body and moderate carbonation.
An overall meh beer. Nothing bad but nothing good.

Reviewed from notes. On tap at the brewpub in August 2009.
Pours a slightly hazed yellow color with a hint of apricot. White head falls very quickly wihout leaing anything in its wake. Nose is quite plain as well. Just a bit of light grain and the faintest of fruit. Taste is all grain. Hard to describe as there isn't much there. Much like many of their other beers, it seems like this is brewed quite well but the recipe just needs to add a bit of complexity.
