Good overall beer. Wasn't impressed at first but after taste was darn good. Definitely felt good after 1. Says 7.2% in brewery. Listed here as 6.2%. I drink a lot! This is more on the 7.2% range

Reviewed from notes. On tap at the brewpub in August 2009.
Pours a clear golden color with a two-finger white head. While the head is initially pretty decent off the pour, it falls pretty quickly and doesn't leave any lace behind. The nose is some fain citrus along with a bit of pale malt. Taste is very light bitterness and extra light hops along with some generic bready malt. Medium body without any real indication as to the style. Drinkability is fine I suppose, but it's not what I'm looking for out of a beer of this style.

This is marked as an IPA, but I wouldn't go that far. It's a nice beer, but I think it belongs in the PA category. It poured a nice golden color, a bit light. Pretty good head, but became slightly skimpy and filmy.
Very light citrus and resin aroma, more malt and bready yeast. Taste follows this. Reminds me of a lighter Sierra Nevada PA. Not picking up the hops in this one. Slight hops, to be sure, but for an IPA this isn't as strong as I suppose, nor as balanced. I hope I just had a mis-pour.

from some sketchy notes i took a few months ago at gella's
a: light off-white head sits on a reddish amber body; crisp light lace
s: light citrus and piney hops; grain; not too fragrant
t: a nice grainy and sweet malt backbone followed by the rise of piney and citrus hops; very refreshing and crisp
m: medium carb and lighter body than usual but considering how hot it is out there i am not complaining
d: a lighter refreshing take n the ipa
