Originally April 8, 2005. On tap at the brewpub. Slight haze to an even golden pour, with a crystal white head atop. Sharp fruit aroma. Wheat flavor, with light dry hop finish. Notes of grass, onions, and grain. Leaves a light sugary hops residue behind on the tounge. A fairly smooth and not overtly watery beverage. Retasted 11/09, realizing itÂ’s a pilsener-like. This is fantastic for the style! very supple.
