Aromas of grapes, caramel and vanilla are present. The flavor is a very complex blend of grapes, honey, berries and wheat with spicy and smokey notes.

Enjoyed on tap at the brewhouse. A pale light brown with virtually no head and spotty lace.
Aroma is fruity, winey and boozy with floral and herbal notes .
Taste is a bit fruity up front, plenty of cognac in the sip with some toffee notes. A hint of vanilla and oak.
Mouthfeel is medium and sticky.
Pretty tasty.

Snifter at the brewery.
Golden dark orange color. White head.
A lot of sweet flavors. Notes of honey, berries, and floral/herbal flavors. The cognac adds more sweetness and some vanilla. Toffee and light caramel. Oaky. Some fruitiness and spice.
Medium to full bodied.
A very nice beer. Definitely worth a try.
