A nice hoppy pale ale counterpart to the Starfire Pale Ale. The creamy mouthfeel isnt there, but its still a smooth yet hoppy beer. Full in aroma and flavor, the hops are floral instead of grapefruit citrus. A yummy pale ale. And a good example of an American pale ale that won't remind you of Florida produce.

Originally reviewed April 8, 2005. On cask at the brewpub. Cask. Murky honey colored almond pour, with thick creamy white, overflowing. Likely such a fine, smooth head due to the cask. Light waft of mellow cheese and honey. A watered down pale ale with not much depth. Starts with peachuy sweetness and finishes slightly oaky dry. Vary watery palate.
