Originally reviwed September 3, 2005. On tap at the brewpub. Ultra murky translucent brown. Weird color. Like a dunkleweizen, but more mud-puddle or bark colored. Bright clove and lemon aroma, typical of the style. Very smooth even wheat, with a tangy alcohol burst over lemon on the back. Clingy sweet yet noticable dry hop notes in the finish. Palate is watery, but leaves a crisp feeling behind. Very true to style.
