From tasting notes. Highway 61 Hefe Weizen is hazy straw colored with a creamy white foam collar. The infused with lemongoes well with the Hefe Weizen clove and banana flavors and aromas. Very easy to drink.

On tap at the brewpub. Clove and oyster platter aroma. Musky and mildly spiced. Sweet. Incredibly clouded deep gold, tinted in amber, with a perfectly white sharp head. Easily the most murky, clouded beer Ive ever seen. Damn near milk. Flavor moves with a light gentle wheat oil grace, spritzy and full of banana peel and pulp. Gentle. A nip thin, but bringing stellar drinkability to the table. Finishes on a bite of almond skin, almost no hop presence. Clean, bright, and refreshingly. Quite enjoyable.

Good appearance, creamy and banana with bready wheat, but the flavor isnt quite full enough to make a great hefe. All the flavor elements are there, but they need to grow and overcome some minor astringent flavors. Still very good. A heads up: unless you request otherwise, it will come with a lemon slice.
