90999 pilsner - it is part of the bar's effort for Haiti relief.
Beer is served in a standard pint, & it is a slightly hazy gold with a bone white head. Good lacing.
It has a nice nose of fresh grains, floral hops and a touch of plum.
Nice fresh taste, it is of crackers, a bit of pepper, more flowers and dough. This is a pilsner with more than a bit going on.
The mouth has surprisingly low carbonation but it does posses some heft. Easy drinker and shows how good a pilsner can be.
Great beer for a great cause. Seek it out!
