A modern take on a pilsner, this lager offers a dominant focus on the newer U.S. hops: Strata and Cashmere. Strata is a highly sought after hop from the Pacific Northwest that imparts flavors of strawberry, passion fruit, and grapefruit often found in hazy IPAs. Cashmere is a new age hop that carries aromas of lemon and lime. Paired together these hops create a perfect balance of tropical fruit, berries, and white wine.

This is a delicate yet assertive lager with moderate bitterness. Bright yellow in color with a strong frothy white head. Dry hopped at lager temperature (32F) with Strata and Cashmere to round it off.
