The hop changes every time. So, all are slightly different but good ways to taste a specific hop.

64oz Growler

Fitger's Brewpub
Centennial Version
Minnesota Nice has a tarnished apricot orange body with haze throughout. Big ol' fat carbonation bubbles seem to pop from every surface of the glass. The foam takes an aggressive pour to develop and eventually sits atop the body, dirty white, at a respectable cap. Splotchy lacing remains after each drink.
The nose is fairly faint but but there is no doubt about all the delicious orange notes present. It's jammy like marmalade, Sweet like candied rind. Juicy like fresh flesh. There's even a solid dose of key lime that I thoroughly enjoy. With warming the nose becomes a little more vibrant. The malt base is that of graham cracker with a soft breadiness. Nice is right!
The flavor profile takes the suggestions of the nose and runs with it. Slightly sweet, slightly pithy marmalade kicks off the orange showcase. Candied citrus peel follows closely behind, orange and lime. I'm surprised at the amount of lime they pulled from these Centennial hops. Orange and lime flesh both runs through the finish. Graham crackery malt manages to balance things out with a touch of sweetness. Nicely done.
Soft carbonation, when combined with a body just short of moderate, makes for a silky feel, if a little flaccid. While it fits well a small gripe of mine would be that the bubbles are a little less aggressive than I think they should be. Growlered beer is growlered beer though. Bitterness grows to just shy of moderate and the drinkability is dangerously high.
I grabbed a growler of this last year, Amarillo hopped, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Ran in real quick this year for a growler of Centennial and while not as good they did manage to pull some great flavor out of a single hopped pale ale. I am a sucker for Centennial though. It's juicy and bursting with citrus. Give it a go if you find yourself in Duluth.

Thanks to Joe for sharing! Quick review from notes.
Current batch of this single hop APA with Amarillo.
Bright orange in the glass, brilliant clarity with trails of visible carbonation in the glass. Sticky white foam with a halo of lacing in the glass. Lasting surface coverage.
Fruity citrus peel aroma, classic Amarillo, orange and grapefruit. Some light pale malt behind that.
Taste was similar, citrus and grapefruit, firmly bitter, light bready maltiness in the middle. Clean and light bodied, very easy drinking. Pretty much a prototype example of the style, could be a little more amped up in the hop department, but it was pretty lean and drinkable.

Galaxy Hops!!!!
White head. Color is a clear golden copper.
Flavor profile is mainly hops. Grassy, earthy, citrusy, juicy, and floral. A nice orange flavor. Very clean.
Mouthfeel: Bitter, but not over the top. Light to medium bodied. Ends with a touch of stickiness.
Overall. this is a great beer. I am almost done with my growler and its 2pm. Drinks so easy. One of my new favorites.
