****This is a white IPA and there is no category for it so the options were either Belgian IPA or American IPA and I thought it fit better in the Belgian area. It uses Belgian yeast.****
A-Slightly hazed deep golden color.
S-Amazing aroma...the hops and the spices combine to make a very interesting aroma. A lot of citrus (tangerines, oranges, grapefruit) along with the spiciness from not only the spices but the yeast notes. I'm not great on identifying spices but I get some black pepper (probably from the yeast), along with perhaps some curraco, and lighter corriander...
M-Finishes with a bit of a lemony tartness....body and carbonation right one....call it medium bodied with an upper medium carbonation.
O-Very interesting beer. The aroma is really something but the taste isn't far behind.
