Grainy aroma, hint of lemon, coriander. Tart flavor, lemony, with a hint of must, and light coriander at the finish. There's a hint of diacetyl sneaking in in the aftertaste.

Pours a light, white head. Hazy, straw color. Tart, yeasty aroma. Starts quite tart, almost puckering. An huge wave of biscuit malt. Lingering fruitness and malt.
Excellent. Nice balance of tart and smooth malt. This is a really nice example; sour, malty, yeasty.
