Bottle provided by cerevisaephilus, thanks for the opportunity. Pours a two finger sticky head over a cloudy light-peach colored liquid. Smells soured something (malt or hops) with a faint chalky malt character. Tastes mild malty with balanced hop flavor and a hint of woody hop bitter. The aftertaste sees a wet and sugary sweet complimented by apricot esters. As I progressed through the beer, a tannic dry became more prevalent in the aftertaste that I found detracting. Md thick mouthfeel and mildly carbonated. A decent beer that I'm glad I had a chance to try. I'm not sure if this beer is aptly classified as an American Blonde, but that's the closest I could think of classifying it.
