Oak & White has zesty carbonation, with the appearance of light straw in the glass. White wine aromas dominate, tempered with hints of tart, tropical and fruity notes. Flavors of white wine continue upon tasting, with a sour beer character complimenting the tropical notes of the selected grape. Finish is dry, with petite grape notes.

Bottle at share. White wine colored pour, almost flat. Aroma brings sweetness and notes of vanilla, mild tartness. Light body, mild pucker, vanilla, grapes, dry.

Bottle. This was tasty. Haven't had a ton of their offerings but I liked this. Never too tart. Had nice woody and winey elements. I could drink a pretty sturdy amount of this. Not rewriting the wheel in any sense but it hit the lips with purpose.

500 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled in 12/2017. Pours slightly hazy pale golden straw color with a 1-2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass; with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of fairly tart/tangy green grapes, fruit skin, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, red/green apple, melon, white wine, oak, hay, straw, grass, wheat, and white bread; with light notes of pepper, oaken vanilla, leathery/musty funk, and yeast/oak earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/light acidic yeast, grapes, oak, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with good strength. Taste of big fairly tart/tangy green grapes, fruit skin, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, red/green apple, melon, white wine, oak, hay, straw, grass, wheat, and white bread; with light notes of pepper, oaken vanilla, leathery/musty funk, and yeast/oak earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang; and light yeast/oak tannin spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy green grapes, fruit skin, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, red/green apple, melon, white wine, oak, hay, straw, grass, wheat, white bread, pepper, light vanilla/funk, and yeast/oak earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/light acidic yeast, grapes, oak, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with zero puckering flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tartness, tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, fairly crisp/acidic/tangy, and lightly tannic balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 7.4%. Overall this is an outstanding fruited sour/wild ale. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/light acidic yeast, grapes, oak, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink; with the mellowly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish, never overly lactic. Well rounded Brett/Lacto complexity and balanced grape flavors; nice oak presence and malt backbone against acidity. A highly enjoyable offering.
