Our Tart Series is a way for us to utilize our extensive experience in brewing sour ales in a way that maximizes drinkability without skimping on flavor.
Each tart recipe (Two of Tarts, Petal to the Kettle, Modern Tart, and now Razz Cherry Beret) is built to showcase fruits and/or spices and other botanicals with the backdrop of a crisp, mildly acidic kettle-soured ale.
Razz Cherry Beret features raspberry and cherry purees sourced from our Oregon Fruit, our most trusted fruit supplier. The addition of fruit late in the fermentation helps ensure that as little of the fresh fruit flavor and aroma is lost during the process.
A small amount of lactose is added to the boil to bolster a creamy mouthfeel and to restore a hint of residual sweetness lost from the raspberry and cherry during fermentation.

Color looks good. No lace to speak of. Light watery taste. Overall I wouldn't buy a 6 pack.
