I was pleasantly surprised by this beer, I heard stories about extremely infected and acidic beers, but this was good.
Appearance was like a witbier, a white/yellow and murky beer with a small head and velvet creamy foam which sticks to the glass.
Smell is slightly acidic, with some grainy wheat-like notes, some yeastiness and a slight alcoholic smell.
Taste is slightly acidic, but not as sour as I expected, rather fresh. The carbonation sizzles on the tongue and make the beer a good thirst quencer. Some yeasty notes and a nice hoppy taste, and a medium bitter.
I don't know if this beer is supposed to be have this acidity but it really adds to the beers' taste. Good stuff!

BB feb 2006. Not that much of a head formed and orangebrown and foggy beer. Nose is strange but has lots of hops, meaple leaf syrup, good maltyness with some carramellic note and litle fruity in form of apricot. Good taste also giving again a sort of meaple leaf syrup sweetness in good maltsoup that's quiet heavily bittered. Good carbonation of the brew makes mouthfeel plesant but complex taste slowes down drinkability.
