BBE 2006. Quiet dark beige head and a foggy darkamber/brown beer. Nose is lots of bananafruit, caramel and some nice mustyness that must come from the used Ostrea Take muchrooms. Also very well noticable in taste that is further full, maltsweet, moderate but well bittered and quiet alcoholic for its 6%. Mushrooms also create a full smooth silky mouthfeel and overall a very enjoyable brew though not as far of as it would like with the muchrooms added.
