The darkest offering during visit on 7-18-05. This is an extract brew. THe pour was of a ruby color with a medium size pinkish head and medium carbonation, okay for style. Nose is full of yeast leaving a winey impression over top the sweet malt. Flavor is cidery with hints of sweetness. The finish is very sweety, nice and of short length. Drinkable at best.
