Dark, nearly black, with earthy brown notes. Minimal head, really none at all.
The aroma is a reminiscince of many porters Ive tried. A chalky balance of malts and hops. Earthy notes linger as well.
A very average tasting porter. Actually a bit watery. Almost like its done from a beginners textbook with careful accuracy. Really nothing unique or remarkable about this beer, but my palate definitly knows its a porter.
Medium-bodied would be a slight reach. Almost there but not quite. Good drinkability, I'd choose this over most beers at the basic party store, but nothing Id ever search for.
