A: The beer is crystal clear golden yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Strong aromas of fruity yeast are present in the nose along with some hints of candi sugars.
T: Like the smell, the taste is quite fruity with flavors of bananas and tropical fruits and a bit of sweetness.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer doesn't taste as much like a Belgian Strong Pale Ale and seems to taste more like a watered down version of a triple.

Poured from 750 ml bottle into CBS snifter. Served at optimal temp.
A) This one kind of exploded a bit out of the bottle. This is a hazy honey gold. There was a pretty large 2-3 fingers of white foam. This settled slowly to a thin collar. There was spotty lacing. Sediment also noted.
S) Light aroma, which featured citrus, fresh flowers, spices and yeast.
T) This starts out nice with banana and some citrus. There's some farmhouse to this as well, with nice spices. Then things get really floral, and I found the backend uncomfortable, like the taste of a cheap aroma therapy candle. Strangely, the aftertaste was quite pleasant, despite the whole candle taste, which was kind of soapy.
M) Medium body with about the same from a carbonation standpoint. Quite a smooth beer, very mellow and comfortable mouthfeel.
O) This one lost me on the taste front. There were more positives than negatives, but I just couldn't get past the soapy, plastic candle flavor that I found. I'm still bewildered as to how the aftertaste was so pleasant. Not bad....

Pouring 33cl bottle into tulip glass created a cloud of soapy, big-bubbled white head, which cleared away almost immediately. It left an attractively luminous, copper or chestnut-honey colored brew, thickly flecked with sediment particles. The smell was of apricot, banana, candy (not toffee) apple, chewing gum... zero hop or funk. Yellow fruit came through in the flavor -- sweet like a sugar-and-lemon crepe. Cloying at first, the mouthfeel was redeemed by a good burst of effervescence. Different, very unfashionable in these hoppy times, but enjoyable.

I used a wheat beer glass for this 750ML bottle.
A: Pleasing, foamy head...as if pouring draft from the tap. Nice cloudy-golden color. The final pour released an impressive amount of yeasty sediment that had been lying-in-wait at the bottom of the bottle. I was then looking at a decidedly darker hue of golden. No effect on the taste.
S: The citrus nose was very pleasant.
T: Smooth, and just slightly sweet. I'd prefer just a tad more carbonation.
M: A brief moment of thin-ness, but the flavor more than compensates for this. Pleasant aftertaste that lingers as the beer warms.
O: I would definitely buy this again. This is an above-average example of the style.

SMELL: Real subtle aroma of mostly dried sweet banana and faint tangerine. There's some clove spice to add balance, but honestly the whole smell's so faint it's pretty hard to detect much.
TASTE: The profiles switch drastically and really ratchet it up. A full barrage of juicy orange and tropical fruit with an incredibly appealing tangy/tart kick that quickly takes over. The drier banana is still there but comes in afterwards and through the end. A wonderful arc of flavor and mouthfeel. Sweet, but not cloying, and definitely not bitter.
Really fun and easy to enjoy full-flavored brew.

Pours a cloudy gold color with fizzy and bubbly head. Scent leads with citrus rind, mellows into a blend of damp dried grain, watery plum and apple, light yeasty spice. Pleasant and very fruity taste, citrus rind, apple and grape with damp dried grain and some brown sugar. Medium bodied, some pricklyness to the carbonation and a light lingering sweetness. Highly drinkable, not overly complex.

Poured from 750 mL bottle into tulip.
A: Pours a nice hazy lemon with 2 inch bubbly white head. Good retention. Very nice.
S: Pleasant and soft belgian yeast, citrus (lemon and orange), golden raisins, and a hint of spice (?cinnamon) and earthy funk.
T: Hmmm...takes a bit of a dive here. Butterscotch, citrus (especially orange), toasted malt, cloves, and a hint of bready belgian yeast. Plantain and apples in the finish.
M: Light-medium body. Very sweet. Soft, slightly creamy with crisp fresh apple coming through in the finish. As this warms, the finish turns more toward a defizzed pop sweetness.
D: After a promising start, this interesting one settled into very average. This one may be hard to get, but isn't a great brew. Too sweet for my taste.
