BB may 06. Nice head and golden beercolor with big particles in the beer. Nose is strange for a white; bretty, hoppy and sourness giving this brew a unfamiliar witbier nose. Some koreander and litle maltnote completing the full pallet of the nose.
Taste also off line but good for a white. Again dominated by the brettanomyches that most certainly did it work on this one. Dry, phenolic and sour with hardly any body and for white quiet bitter.Yes this is a good altenative white that is well worth a try if you're into the "wild" brews!
