It has a light amber color. And a almost null foam.
Lightly malted, melon, some tea leaves in the smell.
The taste is a bit "heavy". Nothing exceptional, and nothing to remember, in the positive or negative sense.
Malty, some chewyness.
A bit of bitterness in the aftertaste, average to light in body.

Nice cloudy burnt-orange sunburst color with a foamy, creamy head that sticks around long enough to appreciate it.

Aroma is that instantly recognizable Millevertus funkiness, a yeasty, musty smell that probably has a lot to do with the Orval yeast he uses and the sludge that comes with all this brewer's stuff (highly unfiltered beers here!). A little peach/banana fruitiness and peppery heat comes through the funky fog.

Flavor is for lovers of Bretty, stinky yeast, though this is not totally dominant, as there are also mustard seed, pineapple, peach, banana and earthy/flowery flavors to be enjoyed too. It's a little bitter in a sweaty shoe sorta way, it feels a little off balance and doesn't bring out the fruitier, sweeter flavors quite enough.

Mouthfeel is hefty and slightly chewy, but not too thick, and is probably the lightest of the Millevertus stuff in terms of mouthfeel...although having experience with their beers, I was also more careful to keep the sediment in the bottle than before, which may alter the mouthfeel in some way.

Overall a very enjoyable, earthy, yeasty Belgian pale...hope to keep tabs on this start-up brewer's progress in the coming years.

Best before may 06. Nice appearance with white head and golden/bronze beercolor. Hazy with it. Nose is Brett mostly and with that some spice in form of hops and probably some gagel and koreander. Good stable with it with lots of sweaty horses.
Taste is nice and dry sour bretty, litle spicy in form of sweet koreander and a good( but could be higher) and lasting bitterness. Great mouthfeel since all tastes are well balanced and good carbonisation. Yes this is why I like these "bieres articinale" and well recommended if you're into Bretty beers!
