Blonde beer with spelt.
A cloudy yellow appearance, with a decent head, not longstanding.
Quite fresh smell, in the spicy notes overall, with some coriander. Very fresh and inviting.
In the mouth is quite thin, almost like a blanche beer. Here again, very fresh, with light malty notes, and again spicy notes too.
Very drinkable, thirst-quenching, fresh.
In the end, good.
