Spelt beer.
Golden color, slightly hazy, few bubbles. Not so beautiful foam.
Malty smell, cereal, and green apple: a lot of green apple!!
Acidulous taste, too, again green apple. Beside that, flatness.
Almost lambic notes, here and there. But I don't think it is a wanted thing.
How was it meant to be?
