Single hopped ale (cascade)
Off white head. Color is a light orange hued gold. Some lace left.
Flavor profile: dank and weedy. Touch of onion. Some pine. Very fresh. Light bready malts balance things out a bit. Very bright.
Mouthfeel: bitter and smooth. Medium bodied. Ends a little sticky with a top resin aftertaste.
Overall, an enjoyable beer and easy to drink. Great single hopped ale.
