Belgian style Tripel brewed using classic yeast that tends to offer plum fruitiness with accents on spicy notes. Minnesota wildflower honey was used as an adjunct in this beer and it left a delicate earthy floral character in the finish. To highlight the earthy spicy character of this beer we aged this beer on Sassafras.
