A-Copper and clear with a white thin head with a bit of lacing.
S-Wow-lots going on here. Lots of triple-spicy phenols with sweet floral honey. Deeper is notes of oak barrels with white wine and hints of rich bourbon and a bit of vanilla. Really nice
T-a really nicely layered triple with tons of barrel character
M-silky mouthfeel. Warming but not overly boozy. A player.
O-this reminds me quite a bit of Aiiagash Curieux which is the ultimate compliment. Easy drinking, dry finish with just tons of complexity. Well done.

Had full glass on tap at the brewery. L: Brilliant amber with a light cherry to orange tint. Thin off-white foam cap that provides light lace.
S: Apricot and banana, stone fruit, light spice, hint of pinot and bourbon, alcohol.
T: Very rich apricot and alcohol, traces of peach, grape, bourbon, some red grape tannin on the finish, traces of oak, candi sugar.
F: medium body and carbonation is medium to medium high.
O: A really realy nice, well balanced barrel aged Belgian tripel.

On tap at the brewpub. 5 oz. serving as part of a flight.
Appearance: Color is a clear golden orange. Moderate amount of bubbles and about a finger of white head that settles into a thin creamy layer.
Smell: A pretty fruity and spicy Belgian style aroma with a scent of red wine and Belgian yeast. Upfront scent of red wine with some tannins, grapes, and wood. Belgian yeast with some hints of clove, pepper, and coriander. Some fruit hints of pear, apple, banana, and orange. Bourbon barrel presence is light with some subtle vanilla and oak hints. Malt hints of wheat and cracker. Pretty nice.
Taste: Follows the nose with a red wine and yeast forward taste. Upfront red wine barrel taste with notes of grapes, tannins, and wood. Subdued bourbon barrel presence with some subtle oak and vanilla. Belgian yeast with spicy notes of clove, pepper, and coriander. Fruit notes of banana, apple, pear, and orange. Backing bready notes of wheat and cracker. A pretty good taste.
Mouthfeel: Medium to full bodied with a moderate level of carbonation. Pretty smooth.
Overall: A really good take on a barrel aged Tripel. Good mix of red wine and Belgian yeast flavor.

Golden orange color. White head.
The wine shows in this one a lot. Tons of grapes and tannins. Very fruity. Herbal. Belgian yeast. Apples and orange peel. Spiced.
Medium bodied. Nice carbonation.
The bourbon is tough to find this one. Very solid none the less.
