Dark tan head. Lace left. Color is black.
The raspberries show a ton here and definitely take a little from the barrel flavors. Lots of chocolate. Reminds me of a raspberry tootsie pop. The bourbon and oak shows in the finish.
A very nice dessert beer, but I'd like a little more barrel and a little less raspberry.
