At the brewery into a nonic. Pours a very clear light apricot, decent white head and lacing. Apparently, this is hopped with Chinook and Centennial, which sounds like a promising combination. Nose is a little elusive, but really draws me in -- hint of sweet citrus but plenty of herbal leafy notes, a little dankness, and some juicy candied orange and grapefruit peel. Taste follows, with nice bitterness and earthiness, too...I was hoping for a little more spiciness from the Chinook. Feel is really clean and dry at the end, and some very pleasant bitterness. Carbonation is on the higher side. Pairs really well with their chili, as it turns out!
