This beer arrives a clear red color. The head is small, and vanishes within seconds. The aroma is of smoke, and ash with a hint of iodine. This beer smells a lot like Ardbeg. The taste is smokey, but less so than the aroma. It has a full doppelbock type sweetness that balances the smoke well. The mouthfeel is on the fuller side of medium with a chewy texture. Overall, this is a really interesting beer. I like both the flavor and aroma, but for completely different reasons. The aroma is intense, and bold. The taste is balance, and bold. Yet they compliment each other quite well. I have never had a beer of this nature. Good job Town Hall.

Smoking lager pours a cooper color with little head. Big smokey aroma. Taste has huge smoke flavors, on a creamy backbone. Good body and flavors. Overall very strong smoke aroma.

Copper color.
This is an interesting beer. The applewood smoked malt dominates. Smokey bacon and apple flavor all around. Caramel and some toffee.
Smooth bodied. Has a licorice or candy like flavor in the finish. Odd, but fun.
