Pulled from a cask, of course. Look: light bronze, dense head, great lacing. Aroma: doughy malts, bread that has just entered the oven, light oranges, and a bit of flower bed. Taste: more earthy than the aroma, more balanced too with the hops showing a little more, and adding some pleasant bitterness to the finish. Mouthfeel: lighter bodied, silky texture, light, fine carbonation. Comments: this is my kind of beer. The brewery describes it as a light English ale, and it fits that description perfectly. I could happily drink this all day long. The fact that Town Hall Brewery makes beers ljke this is one of the many reasons why I love them.
