Had on tap. This was very sweet for a quad, but had plenty of wood too, just missing the quad malt flavors. Grape, wine, apple, caramel, wood tannins, pear, elderberry, plum, and fig all make up the taste, so points on taste, but feel I have to dock because I wouldn't know this was a quad from it rather than a wild ale. Smell is wine barrel forward, sweet grape, wine booze, and rustic oak. Lot going on, very enjoyable

On tap.
White head. Copper color.
Red wine dominates this one. Can’t find the quad, but packed with flavor. Apple skins, plums, tannins, caramel. Oak. More wine in the finish. Very enjoyable.
