This was an exceptionally smooth, well-balanced beer. I was not familiar with this style, using an IPA recipe with a lager yeast, but it's a winning combination. Normally I would not complain about ABV but it's a bit strong on an empty stomach at 6.7%. I finished two glasses with my meal (served in appropriate glassware) and ordered a growler which, thankfully, Town Hall is still using after a bit of a hiatus from glass. Real beer deserves real glass and I look forward to cracking that growler tonite!
