Auburn ipa on cask. Cream khaki head with good retention and lace. Copper amber color.
So smooth. Floral hops. A little grapefruit citrus, some caramel and bready malts. Some resin and sticky hops. A bit dank.
Love the cask feel and the 2021 is an outstanding version of the anniversary ale. Incredibly drinkable.
