This is Tripel Vision infused with cherries.
Served in a goblet with no head, beer to the brim. Color is a hazy peach pink.
Aroma: Fresh tart cherries, a light amount of spice, yeast, banana esters.
Taste: Cherries up front with Belgian yeast and spice following. Earthy hops. Some bananas and cloves. Pretty good tripel.
Mouthfeel: Smooth and clean. Medium bodied with a medium to high amount of carbonation. Ends just a bit dry, but clean.
Overall, a very easy drinking tripel. The cherries added a nice layer up front and covered up some of the spice which really helped. I really enjoyed this one.
